The project "Multimedia Delivery Europe" made a feasability and market validation study in 10 European countries concerning educational media production, marketing, administration, distribution and usage. A pilot was built based on the information gathered and on the experiences from Finland and Germany. The Helsinki City education department and the city of Espoo were involved as test cities of the services and products developed in MDE.
